Normally offensive fouls are from a charge. Arizona's came from what looked like an obvious push off (as opposed to a flop or incidental contact). I thought it was a good call. Recall Wisconsin then had two timeouts, yet forced an inbounds at the last second (instead of calling for time) that their own player knocked out of bounds to give Arizona another shot at it. Except for another second running off the clock, it's as if the charge didn't happen anyhow.
