Friday's order linked below denying defendants' dismissal motions might give you all an idea of scope and sheer audacity of this secret, Steve Jobs led conspiracy. Your bias is patent. First, the US legal system doesn't presume guilt prior to trial verdict as you have. Second, all readings of the case, as well as the legal term, "conspiracy" suggest that there are multiple defendants in the case. Your conclusions and statements belie your bias. What is the basis for your bias?
