I'm pretty sure they meant cities, or perhaps more accurately, cable systems (as opposed to cable MSOs).

This won't be a factor, with the convergence. We'll see new product hitting the shelf soon. For now use a TV card, Picture in Picture, Video Capturing & Recording, Watch you stock while watching TV.

As you can tell, I love this stuff!
