Steve - I know Canada is #1, Mexico is #2, U.K. is #3. I don't know about the rest.

Name them in order. The answer may surpise many of you. It sure did me!

Hint: China, Hong Kong, Brazil, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore are not on the list!
