This is politics. But... what you are advocating are trusts and price fixing, virtual monopolies. Not good in a free market system. Anti-competitive.

Wage fixing

Non poaching complaints, suits, conspiracies, etc have been as ubiquitous in Silicon Valley as Sasquatch sightings in Appalachia. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. But they all do it. they all lie about it. They all violate all of their agreements with each other anyways.

It's like divorce suits. Did he cheat. Did she cheat? Did he chat because she cheated first? Did she cheat because she knew he was going to cheat?

Big deal to those involved. Not much more than entertainment value to everyone else.
