Bernanke in one of his statements in 2013 stated no bank is too big to fail.

The question is which large bank would fall into that category?

A trader could consider a C.

An investor should do their home work. Many may have forgotten Smith Barney was taken from C and given to MS. Smith Barney was a money maker for C.

Many may not remember C wanted to take Wachovia and the reg said NO and gave it to Wells instead.

There's also a Reverse split in the stock.

I own banks. I do not own C.
