William --Good Afternoon. Well it has been a very tough week for the Nasdaq and the techs as I believe the retreat was almost 6%. At this rate and with enough downgrading we could see, Microsoft, Intel, Dell and Cisco trading at two or three dollars per share by mid or late January. I hope that will not cast a damper or anyone's Christmas but the day to day plunge is hard to stomach by anyone. You think you have a buying opportunity only to see later that the price of the stock became a lot cheaper. Have a nice weekend. Frank
