I know more about trinet than you'd ever care to know. trinet is something like an outsourced HR company that provides services for almost every startup up here. The problem is, people who are used to full service HR at a big company expect trinet to be the same and it isn't. Whenever I get a job at a startup and they are using trinet, I know I might have an HR nightmare on my hands. So thats just a personal bias. But the model is good. Companies use them for a reason.
