Who says they can't? Hey..guys..I've got a question. What firm allows margin on a $3 stock...let alone a $2.375 stock? If Lon hasn't reduced his margin as the stock dropped, then he's a blithering idiot...however, isn't there a rule that says that if he knows of information which would adversly affect the stock that he cannot sell unless he discloses said information to the stockholders. So either he couldn't sell or he didn't sell until he was forced to and these are very different scenarios. Which is it?

Next question...doesn't he a substantial number of stock options with which he could replace his position and lastly is the only thing he owns Techniclone?

Shero...you're good at this, how do you interpret other than Stone has buried his head in the sand..perhaps he should leave it there!
