It is a fact that the insurance companies and the government all have precise numbers on who enrolled, who actually paid, how many lost insurance due to ACA ,how many were subsidized and how many are Medicaid. The government simply won't give a clear picture because they don't like to show "ugly" and don't want supporters to realize it is not effective as a program.
