TJ, what is the difference in sea levels?
At least 15 yeas ago France experimented with this and it was not economical.
Storm waves have huge energy in them but it is very difficult to harness and not reliable at all.
Same for storm winds, I think they just close the windmills and move the blades for minimum resistance when a storm hits.
