Many judges bend over backwards to uphold the jury's decision, as Lincoln intended. "...by the people..." Your post is filled with unverified speculation and your insistence that WiLAN "won" verges on delusion. The only thing that matters is the final verdict: as of now, WiLAN lost yet again and now needs to look at alternatives because after many failures it's clear that this framework is not working. The fact that they are taking forever to get this Strategic Review done is extremely frustrating - shareholders deserve better. Perhaps the BoD should be exposed to Lincoln's writings to better understand their mandate of shareholder service....
