The Conservative Heritage Foundation’s health insurance model was touted by the GOP as a means to end the use of emergency rooms by uninsured individuals, and to get everyone into the system. It was touted as ''Individual Responsibility'' at the time, and was intended to ease the burden of paying for the care of the uninsured placed on tax payers, hospitals, and health insurance consumers.

Now, after President Obama and the Democrats in Congress incorporated the Heritage Foundation's idea into the ACA, the GOP/TP are claiming their own idea is ''tyranny'', ''socialism'', and ''slavery''. So what is with the GOP/TP’s black tracking? Why do they always do a one-hatey, or a Kenyan boomerang when the President agrees with their ideas.
