Hi Sheri, According to this post, Eutro is willing to comply with the new regulations. siliconinvestor.com I haven't seen the ones stating it wouldn't, but with 2 different threads, I could have missed something. Happy Holidays, Aleta

Sheri, I thought someone said that they would become reporting. Also, the "phase in" period could be years. Add to that the recommendation, still has to be approved by the SEC. That could take awhile. So I don't think this is anything for us to be worried about. JMO Rob.

Well Sheri I see it like this... You can look at these two "issues" as just that or maybe from an optimists (sp) point of view (which I am!) you may concider this to be an opportunity to regain some control. It has been said by many, "why doesn't Brad/the company put out some news to help us out?" I on the other hand (again an optimistic view) believe that if they let out news too early that it would be like trying to put a little kids bandaid on an arterial gusher that actually needs to be cotterized (sp). You know, a hot iron to close the wound. Sorry for the graphic mental picture. But I think it gets my point across. Until Brad has some evidence of the 4 companies complying, for him to put out any reasonable news now would (IMO) only slow it down until the mm's think they have us relaxed to advance with another frontal assault. The cotterizing of the wound would be perhaps as the 50m shares start to be pulled out acting like a tourniquet and stopping the flow.Then Brad coming out with some good news as the iron to seal the wound. Once again, sorry if the graphic mental picture was a little bit harsh but I think that you see my point. John
