They come here for treatment if it's serious. And most of their drugs are invented here. And their doctors were educated here. Bill, you are seriously FOS. Google 'medical tourism'. There are a lot of Americans who go somewhere else for medical care. About half of all drugs are developed in the US. Which makes sense since we also consume half of all drugs.
