If you can find one that cheap in Palo Alto and don't want to buy it please let me know. The wife has many a developer that would jump on that. Pretty hard to believe, isn't it?

.....madness....................where I am you can get a 2000+ft2 home pus a couple acres for maybe $300K........ I can be in the city in about 80 minutes..................yet had a flock of turkeys strut thru the yard the other day.
