They don't offer the fine details. It seems to me that most are Medicaid and highly subsidized. The other half are people who lost their coverage due to ACA itself. Their is likely minimal participation by the "invincibles" because without penalty who would sign up for high premium/high deductible insurance? The only reason there is no penalty this year is the election in November. This program will be financially crippling to the country...unless it is stopped.

Watch and listen to the 12 Democratic Senators in red states and follow their lead. If obamacare is successful, they will embrace it.
