After reading almost 4500 posts to this board, the only thing I can conclude is that none of us knows anything about the goings on of JMAR. It's truly eerie the way things happen in this company with no advance notice to the outside world. Compared to JMAR the CIA is a bunch of blabbermouths.

Henry, you again say get a loan instead of raising money. I have been in other stocks that do secondary offerings, it is not an uncommon practice. Getting a loan for 10 million is easier said than done for any small company. If you have some great ideas as you indicate, then you should call the company and share them. Call their PR firm. To just gripe about things is doing nobody any good. There is no guarantee that the warrants will be excercised and then JMAR would raise NO money. I think they did the right thing. Its over now, they raised money, and can now launch Bright Light products next year.

All this negativity by you and others tells me that we have probably hit bottom or are close to it.
