You do realize that a definitive study was conducted by liberal journalists at the Miami Herald and it was determined that Bush was elected, fair-and-square. He won the election. All the SCt did was to stop Gore from stealing it.>>

The supreme court had not right to step in. That was Florida's decision to make. States' rights. Remember.

The real story is that Roberts told the top pub's: "they could get away with it". And Scalia lead it. And then you see the plumb they gave Roberts.

Why was it a 5/4 decision if it was so clear? Why did they do a ruling that they said could not be used in case law for any other such decision. Souter was so mad he quit the supreme court.

Gore was not about to steal it, they stopped it just as the count was going in his favor.
