Absolutely agree with you.

All these pessimistic views about the longevity of the shale plays act is if all the economically viable shale deposits have been discovered, delineated and mapped. The reverse is really true as you hear new shale names constantly. I have heard of Buda but just recently.

Bakken is a good example. A couple of years ago, the USGS estimates Bakken at 4B barrels. Now the estimates are close to 8B because they include the Three Forks under the Bakken.

What's under the Three Forks?

Does anyone really know?
