Bought HCP as a reversion to mean play. Also did a screen for REITs yielding 5% and up with 52W price performance in the bottom 40% of REITs and EPS growth in the top 40% of REITS over a five year period.
Already owned DLR, so HCP was my choice.

Seems the only problem I have with Yahoo is with the news links, half of them won't load. I don't have yahoo tied to my brokerage accounts though, I manually enter stock data.
