Yes, you are correct. I forgot the BizTel deal. No question TCGI is a better way than WCII for T to get into the local area. I don't believe BizTel is near the size of WCII. For T to do what it needs to, it needs many more markets. WCII remains another vehicle for T with or without TCGI or a RBOC. Don't forget, that other attempt by T to get a RBOC died. <<So AT&T will be getting a company that can address the national local market>> What national coverage does TCGI have ? I don't know.
