Deflation isn'tad at all, agreed, but banks and WS don't benefit from that. -ng- b


What I always thought:
Banks get destroyed by high inflation and interest rates if they hold too many low fixed rate loans?
Banks get destroyed by an inverted yield curve paying too much for deposits relative to risks on loans?
Banks get destroyed by huge credit losses far above reserves during steep economic downturns?
