The Governors of those red states have done a terrible disservice to their states by refusing the Medicaid expansion. You need to blame the Feds not the States. Would you sign up for a mortgage not knowing what the payments will be in a couple years, where they could go up an undetermined amount? The Feds won't guarantee payments after 2017. NH's bill says no Fed money, then the expansion ends. I think Governors are just being good stewards for their constituents of you course you don't see it that way.

That is a non answer to the issue. Why do you feel you must dodge the issues? Wisonsin has expanded medicaid and is serving the citizens by not jeopardizing the budget with so many unknowns as other irresponsible states have...it is much like the hi speed train fiascos that has harmed states with cost overruns because they moved ahead without proper analysis. The same holds true with Obamacare where irresponsible democrats pushed through an agenda without a clue what they were pushing...as Pelosi idiotically stated, we will have to see what is in it after we pass it. What a blunder...
