How much of your present situation is due to luck - where you were born, who your parents were and so on. Some people can take this in stride, others would deny anything to the disadvantaged. Just imagine what it would be like of you were born in a refugee camp with no hope of advancement. Too bad, eh?

So why hasn't the Conservative controlled state gov't in states such as Georgia, Alabama, Florida etc gotten rid of the snap, welfare and medicaid benefits?
