TO ALL WIZARDS OF OZ: This is not Amy; it's Melinda and I need everyone's help. I've been racking my brains trying to come up with a consumer-friendly name for our Company's food processing line of equipment. I don't like the name "Cyclopss" for it because it needs to be very consumer freindly. The one name I did like (but no one else did, so it was vetoed), was Nature's Own Disinfectant or "NOD". I need to come up with ideas by Monday so that we can produce materials for that market segment. If anyone has any bright ideas, either post them here or email them to me at: MBallardAl@aol.com Any help will be greatly appreciated and, if your name is used, I'll give you $50. Sure got quiet here. Just wanted to let folks know that I think I've figured out which patent is held by Pyrogonn. It's the one Cyclopss got from their acquisition of Chem Biochem, which I previosly posted in the list of the company's patents: 4665246 : Method of producing ethynyl aromatic compounds patent.womplex.ibm.com If you read the abstract, and page 3 of the figures, the connection is clear. The press release about the polymer says that Hercules and Thiokol have shown interest in the monomer. The two patents which reference this one are owned by Hercules and Thiokol. I may be wrong, but that would be one heck of a coincidence if this isn't the patent they were talking about. I doubt anyone was losing sleep wondering where this mystery patent held by Pyrogonn was, but in case you were ... now you know ; ) regards, Mike
