The Republican party was liberal until 1900 and then it became conservative and the liberal party changed to the democratic party. Sort of TR's doing. Lincoln was a liberal Republican's as was the north in those days. The south were the segregationist conservative Democrats in 1850. Hoover, Coolidge and Harding were all conservative Republicans 1920 to 1932 (and they caused the great depression) then the people elected the LIBERAL FDR sick and tired of the Republicans ripping them off. You don't know this basic political history, but you are an expert on global warming. Amazing. What Lovecraft said about the Republican's is what I have observed over 50 years of study but could never say so eloquently.
