There are a lot of good doctors out there and there are also those who practice below the "standard of care".....why do you think there are so many plaintiff attorneys?
defensive medicine will always be with us....just like defensive driving

Of course. Well we DID have. I am not convinced we do post-Obamacare.
I was certain you'd say that....ie in just a year or so, Obamacare has destroyed our great healthcare system which world surveys says is quite low on the charts.....

wasn't there and have no idea what the medical circumstances were. And certainly we don't know anything at all about the payment arrangements to suggest the story is other than factual. But there is a vast difference between Part A and Part B Medicare and the circumstances under which various procedures are covered and the types of facilities each will reimburse for. Hospital admissions personnel are usually well-trained as to what procedures can and cannot be performed on an inpatient, outpatient, or emergency care basis.
I know what the economics are......Physicians and hospitals game the system to keep ER patients overnight and collect for a day's stay in the hospital....so Medicare installed the 2 midnight rule. But in an effort to tar Obama, the daughter of the dead guy and she says his ER doc (who won't talk) were blaming the ACA for denying the guy common sense care....the doc must have been a pussy who was afraid to make a decision....now I hope someone sues his ass... But the daughter bears a lot of the responsibility...
No it doesn't. Hell, there are very few in the media who would report anything negative about Obamcare at this point.
You're either out of your effing mind or very badly misinformed......just reading these forums you can see how much of a trashing the ACA is getting.....and btw, no RW main stream media carried the story except the original AS piece..
