Greg,
I believe the report came out last Wednesday. There has been a lot of selling of the smaller stocks the past week for various reasons, and Matria was not immune. There is a lot of money coming out of the market, and relatively few buyers coming in. I think the upgrade put a floor under the stock in the low 5's as most buyers are standing aside and waiting for things in the general market to settle before committing new funds.
There has been lots of stock for sale the past few days Considering how much damage has been done to so many of the smaller stocks, Matria is holding it's own. (This afternoon somebody bought a 40,600 block at 4 5/16)
The company has a game plan, and is executing it well. IMO we've got to be patient until the catalysts previously mentioned start to kick in. In January, we should see some accumulation, and in February-March I'm expecting that some good news will be released regarding the Antocin approval or the share buyback program, or both :-)

Keep in touch,
GM
