"Health care Prices are falling across the country."

I'm sure you can back that outlandish lie up right koan? BTW way, are we discussing health care or health insurance? You realize the difference?

If you're talking about "Health insurance" they are "premiums". The rate of growth in premiums has been slower since 2006 and has nothing, whatsoever, to do with the ACA.

I am not aware of the prices of actual health care falling, anywhere.

I did have a conversation with a provider today who said, "We are trying to get rid of Medicares as quickly as possible. Unless they have a broken hip or some other serious problem, we're taking BCBS where we can get paid 4x the money, but not new Medicares." That is a fairly close quote to what she told me.

The Doc Fix will help some but providers are pissed.
