Yep. Not good at all. I wonder if we're going to see a stock market crash? The media is all over that story, but I tend to doubt it. With QE still ongoing and ZIRP in progress, I don't think the markets will crash. Don't fight the Fed applies here. I'd even go so far as to say that if earnings season is bad, then the markets will go up in anticipation of more Fed stimulus. It's an artificial world we live in now, but it has been absolutely fantastic for my portfolio. I do feel sorry for J6P, who typically doesn't have much savings nor a portfolio to speak of. They are the patsies in all of this. The Democrats have pulled a fast one. Everyone still believes they are the party that helps the 99%, when nothing could be further from the truth. Honestly, my portfolio tends to do much better under Democratic rule than under GOP rule, since the Dems love to engage in monetary and fiscal stimulus of magnificent proportions. And J6P gets left holding the back no matter what party is in power. Go figure. It's all a really stupid game and the 99% don't understand they are getting played.
