Stupid analogy? Then why are the fundys been railing desparately so much this last decade? There are some that have a feel for the swings of history & tidal events that are now global in scope, then there are paper boyz like u.

Fundies did take over in Islam 800yrs ago, their civilization went on a massive decline till it landed them in the dirt, clinging to life support till oil cam along.

creationists do me no harm in espousing their beliefs..

Well yes they actually do, 9/11 a prime example of "creationists" doing much harm acting in accord with their beliefs in the will of god & afterlife. We have an Iranian theocracy on the verge of arming themselves with enriched uranium & weaponizing. Then there's Pakistan which has one of the fastest growing nuclear arms stockpiles, so think twice about your statement. Usually our fleet of nuclear subs' instant response will act as a deterrent to any that decide to fire off one of those weapons but threat of being vaporized doesn't seem to discourage some creationists, as we've seen time & again.

Just where are these focus concerns off base again? Pakistan is bad enough, now add Iran.
