The promise to reduce the number of uninsured has been kept. By multiplying the rolls of FREE medicaid. It was not done by people rushing to buy obamacare and PAYING for it. Only a twisted demented LIAR would think that is an accomplishment worth mentioning. (that would include you and obama)
