Like you, my return on MMP so far is in excess of 155%. I haven't sold a single unit since I purchased it.

As much as price has run up, M* still has it as undervalued based on forward guidance, and MMP is still stating they plan on raising the distribution in the 15 to 20 percent range. No way I'm going to lighten up on that at this point, not as long as the fundamentals seem to be getting stronger.
