Get progressive.....draw a line for them not to cross.....either that or hang your garbage up a tree limb until 15 minutes before pickup time.....maybe trap and ship them to Kenny's neighborhood. Putin would know what to do.......speaking of nightmares, I just woke up in a cold sweat over a dream of taking on Obama like tendencies over actually important matters.....very disturbing. p.s.....if not done correctly they make very tacky looking rugs.
