With all due respect, SHARES ARE SHARES!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care if they're restricted, options, warrants, etc..... A share is a share.

Per the merger agreement, $5 million of the cash is a loan. $5 million in cash and a $5 million loan. Adds nothing to stockholders equity.

Per the merger agreement, $5 million of the cash is an equity placement.

6,684,750 to the shareholders of Rocky Mountain
6,000,000 shares to be issued 1 year from the merger.

$5 million was exchanged for 12,684,750 shares of stock. It's right there in black and white.

I personally don't care whether the squeeze happens or not. But when ANYBODY starts posting false statements about the company's financial status I will always post the facts as I see them.

Best of luck
