The state sales and use tax in Texas is 8.25%:

Florida sales and use tax is kind of complicated:
dor.myflorida.com

Didn't bother to look at the others. I heard that Oregon has no sales and use tax:
oregon.gov

Dunno about the others, but this isn't true for Texas.
