The plant was erected at Puebla, and ran the test, did 180 bbl per day, then it was disaasembled and moved via heavy lift vesels to Calcutta, its waiting for site erection as ONGC and their sub is preparing the site...
They are building a whole refinery and RNTK plant, as well as new town that will house, school the workers, like the Aramco compound in Dharan...
It will be completed in now 18 mos...start making money for its new owners, who paid 5 mill bucks for the plant and will amortise at 1.8 mill per annum...

Remember, US and OECD countries sell used plants all the time like Kellogs, Heoniken etc, when ever a third world starts new brewery they buy used plants, or mixing plants etc.

In case of ONGC it was brilliant. It shows the high level of understanding in engineering by Indian education system.
Its a great country with massive intellectual prowess from all things art to nuclear physics.

I call India my second home, having travelled in that country and seen more than the average Indian fellows....

I would love to go there and see RNTK plant open the tap ........

No Terry all I have is TPRO TPRO TPRO and RNRK and VVUS / ORCL MArch calls.
Spent all my money , all I have left is for X-mas holiday with family. ;-//
