Bill Clinton has a long history of cocaine abuse as is evidenced by his voice which betrays his totally burned out sinuses and totally burned out throat and his nose--which is rotting off on the outside. Clinton is the first president to refuse to release his medical records. (Decades long cocaine addicts always have emergency room visits for overdoses).
