Henry,

On the Jan 6th date...it is my understanding from the prior press
release that the first deadline (the 90 day one) is almost upon us.
In light of Wednesday's release I asked IR if we could conclude that
the $ 250,000 and 2 million shares would be given to Johnson/Lett as
laid out in the release. I was told that the patents were still being
evaluated and that an extension of 30 - 90(?) days could be granted.
The reasoning being that the technology would have to be secure before
the company would committ. Which makes sense. Why would you shell
out that kind of money/stock for a technology that wasn't secured by
MANY patents. Once the patents have been evaluated and deemed able to
protect Naxos's interests in the technology then I think we could see
the deal take that next giant step.
