He doesn't say how it was enacted. Whether Jeb put in the bill or it was put to him by the legislature. Furthermore, the devil is in the details. You can't blank sweepingly say a revocation of Florida's affirmative action laws is an 'evil" thing without describing why it was "evil" and what was the going on with the law before it was repealed (it may have been leading to all kinds of disparties)--IMHO of course. If you are going to make sweeping assertions don't you think you ought to be able to back them up with some facts?.
