It isn't logical. Take a close look at your sentence. What you did was set up false logic and then drew a false conclusion. That is, no one has said deception equals evil and you cannot make that assertion either. Deception and evil are two different things and not tied together. When we tell our children santa clause it real that is deception, but not evil. And I will say this, I see the right wing engaging in this false logic exactly as you have done all the time. In fact it is the main thing that separates liberals and conservatives. Liberals usually get their logic correct.
