I also think all the older (R) justices would retire under a Republican president, so he could appoint their successors. Which is why we can't afford another (R) president in this country. We go all the way to full-blown plutocracy if that happens.

Agree that having J in the race would be as good thing. Don't think he would pander to the right as one of his considerations in whether to run or not is "whether it could be done joyfully"

Think he is going to do it his way if he does it. But we will have to see.
