Voter Fraud is Virtually Non-Existent. Proof:

1. Bush Looks For Fraud. Between 2002 and 2005 the Bush administration made it a high priority to find voter fraud cases. They found 12 case, or 4 case per year.

2. John Ashcroft Couldn't Find Voter Fraud. Bush's Attorney General dedicate his entire time in office to finding voter fraud. He found 40 cases over three years, that's 14 per year.

One of his attorney generals said;

"you more likely to get hit by lightening than to find voter fraud."

3. Republican Lawyers Couldn't Find Fraud. The Republican National Lawyers Association attempted to prove that there was wide-spread voter fraud. They only found 20 cases per year, many of which were later dismissed.

4. Carnegie Corporation Couldn't Find Fraud. The Carnegie Corporation analyzed voter Fraud, from 2000 to 2012 in 50 states. They only found 10 cases where someone attempted to impersonate another voter, the only kind of fraud IDs would prevent.

5. Most Alleged Voter Is Fraud Is Clerical Errors. The Brennan center examined 30,656 cases of voter fraud including Double Voting, Deceased Voters, Fraudulent Addresses, Felony Voting, Noncitizen Voting, Registration Fraud and Vote Buying. It turned out that 99.9% of all these cases of supposed voter fraud turn out to be clerical errors by the election commissions:

6. No Change In States That Pass Voter ID Laws. Between 2003 and 2012, 24 States passed new voter ID laws: None of the state showed any increase in fraud detected. For example, Montana was one of the first states to pass Voter ID laws in 2003. They have had no increase in voter fraud cases. Montana's secretary of state said:

"Voter fraud - votes knowingly cast by ineligible individuals - does not exist in Montana."

7. Voter Id Suppress Minority Vote By 10%. According to Rutger University, just requiring a NON-PHOTO ID reduced minority turn out:

Hispanics: 10% Less Likely to Vote
African American: 6.7% Less likely to vote.

African Americans Voting in 2008 = 15.8 million
Lost voters = 1.05-million voters

Hispanics Voting in 2008 = 9.7 million
Lost voters = 970-thousand voters

Total Lost Minority votes: 2.02 million.
