It is against the law to scream fire in a crowded theather when there isn't one. What you are doing without facts to backup your comments the last time I looked was also against the law. I also find it interesting that you surfaced in Mid Summer when we saw an end to Shalim Madlin who also posted unsubstaniated garbage. At this point don't you think CUBE would have alerted the street to problems as they did before if these concerns were true. Also to not get caught off guard against the problem again, I am sure they factored some of this stuff into their business model going forward. The other two issues you have failed to take into account is that VCD is an area they have told the street they are moving away from as DVD takes hold and the fact that as the dollar gets stronger their manufacturing costs are dropping because they pay to manufacture the chips in the asian currencies that cost less to buy.
