As an OXHP investor at 24 based on several recommendations I must confess that I feel the company is guilty of fraud..A penny stock scheme on a New York scale..Almost a boiler room operation..Signing up customers like crazy..Collecting money/ reporting big earnings.Wiggins is sitting in the cat-bird seat no big harm to him personally..Still has lots of bucks..This guy will always show up somewhere leading the pack.. Maybe even in jail..
