The issuance of shares for TT was clearly worth it and a win/win for both parties. WRT to other expansion, if the acquisition can grow the company substantially, then share issuance is warranted; otherwise,debt creation is the route, at any reasonable rate of interest. Never give up a piece of your company if what you receive will not be accretive to earnings and the balance sheet Notice I said "issuance of shares" and not dilution. Dilution is when the shares are issued so they don't evict you from your offices. TG
