Someone must tell the young ones how things really are. Where else are they going to hear it? In the classroom? On TV? You can't run as a younger guy with millions behind him would, but you'll do it your own way.

you have been through a lot these last few years. I am more concerned about your health. perhaps it would be better to find someone who you can push into running and then advise etc.
