The BLM is one of those easy, no-heavy-lifting, show-up-once-a-week, pre-retirement government boondoggles. You can just imagine the layabout hacks making these kinds of decisions.

It definitely was a cluster in implementation. I don't know what jerk thought of the "First Amendment Zone," but he should be fired.
