I carry my iPad with a cover and no case, but that's besides the point.

Meant cover, not case... still it sort of kills the neatness of ultra thin ultra light. I was thinking about getting the newest one and thought "what's the point"?

And yes I'm still surprised pads haven't sold better. I thought they would take over the world by now. I use my MacBook Pro w/Retina for one thing... photo upload and editing. Everything else is iPad.
